SAMA SEASONS is a year-long initiatory journey designed for practitioners, facilitators, and individuals already familiar with meditation, emotional awareness, and Tantric practices. Rooted in my lifelong personally and professionally experience, this program offers a structured yet organic exploration of transmutational processes. Integrating Body, Heart, Soul, Spirit, guided by Ayurveda, Classical Tantra, and Kashmiri Shaivism, we explore how to live in harmony with the cycles of nature, deepen our capacity for presence and relationship, and transform the way we meet change. Classical Tantra and Kashmiri Shaivism, are approached as experiential lineages that inform presence, perception, and relational intelligence. Ayurvedic principles ground daily practices, rhythms, and seasonal menus, offering an energetic framework for understanding how inner and outer cycles shape physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, creativity, and relational dynamics. The seasons as reflected in nature, mirror our inner transformations: cyclical and essential for life’s renewal. They remind us of the unchanging essence beneath all transitions: pure life force. This invitation is shaped by the rhythm of the seasons, each one revealing a different quality of presence, truth, and intimacy. Four seasons. Four retreats. One living practice of remembrance.

Komala Lyra
I am a merging of cultures, ethnicities, learnings… It does not matter what I have accomplished, but how I live each day… I choose simplicity, nature, silence, sincerity, gentleness, intensity, remembering the gap in between the breaths as the returning point to each moment. I chose to pierce the challenges with openness, curiosity, willingness to see beyond my veils of protection. I am grateful for the amazing gifts I have received throughout this life’s journey, the humans who I love and who have loved me deeply. Having nothing to offer or promise, I offer what continues to nourish my body-heart-soul. So, I share, overflow, inspiration, gratitude! May be also useful for you. In the the realization that we are tiny particles in an infinite cosmic soup…my single actions may not have great impact, but the convergence of many tiny particles gathering momentum may bring some changes. SAMA programs create and nourish spaces where love, care, beauty, awareness of our inner and outer nature, invite sanity, and tuning in. There is nothing that can be offered that you already don’t have. I can only recognize what we already have: intrinsic qualities of your unique being… We can possibly peel together the layers that hide the core. I am a fusion, fusion of races, backgrounds, inner and outer landscapes, languages, experiences… Usually, my programs attracted a precious mix of humans from around the planet. If you are ready to feel what is possible when limitations return to fluidity, it will be a pleasure to meet you soon!

“SAMA is a circle that moves and breathes, and is permeable. Which is very different than a container that's created to hold and to cook. It's more like a life experience. ”
— Dez Nichols on SAMA Spring 2026“There is a huge feeling of happiness inside me & I’m touched. The synchronicity of just following my thread & seeing the beauty that is unfolding all the time. That's what's happened this week, all the time.”
— Melanie SAMA Spring 2026“I feel the seeds are coming out of the Earth and I am starting to trust the roots. I don't know what flower it is yet, but I am actually starting to trust my roots in a different way, my qualities in a different way, my way of being in a different way. And... that feels kind of wild. Really beautiful. Thank you, for being such a soft medicine.”
— Elvira SAMA Spring 2026“There's something about releasing the form of how things are and staying with the essence of how it feels beyond the form and the outer layer and go to the core. And it's like, also in the form of, where does life take me? And I don't know, but I know how I want it to feel. Just being here with the spaciousness, like, yeah, I want that spaciousness. I want that ease.”
— Tut SAMA Spring 2026
I can hardly use words to describe a woman who doesn’t need to use words to transmit. She speaks through smells, touch, sounds, movements. That is how she caresses the land with her soul-being. The moon and the stars seem to bow down to her when she smiles, and the wind comes closer to listen to her whispers. A wild abandon to love fully, observe fully, and create fully is all that she knows, and who she is. Thanks you for everything seen and unsee, in silence, I honor you. — Pluma Heather Godwin —
Bugarach,
South of France
History & Legends
Nestled in the foothills of the French Pyrenees, the small village of Bugarach is known not only for its breathtaking scenery but also for the remarkable blend of history, legends and myths that surrounds it. Dominated by the striking Pic de Bugarach, the village has been shaped by medieval religious conflict, extraordinary geology, and extraterrestrial theories that have attracted visitors from around the world.
The Cathars & Religious Freedom
During the 12th and 13th centuries, the region around Bugarach was home to the Cathars, a Christian movement that challenged the authority and teachings of the medieval Catholic Church. The Cathars believed in a simpler, more spiritual form of Christianity, rejecting the wealth and power of the established Church. Their beliefs centered around living with simplicity and spiritual purity.
Spiritual Vorticies & UFOs
During the formation of the Pyrenees millions of years ago, powerful tectonic forces pushed ancient rock layers over much younger ones forming one of France's most unusual mountains, Pic de Bugarach, nicknamed “The Upside-Down Mountain”.
Its dramatic shape, extensive limestone caves, and distinctive geology have inspired centuries of local folklore.
Some believe the mountain sits upon powerful "earth energies" or ley lines. Others regard it as a place of heightened meditation or personal transformation. Vistors have claimed their compasses behaved erratically. While UFO enthusiasts insist unexplained lights are extraterrestrial spacecrafts hidden inside the mountain's caves.
Mayan Apocalypse
Bugarach gained international attention in the years leading up to December 21, 2012, when a popular misconception claimed that the ancient Maya had predicted the end of the world.
Rumors spread that Pic de Bugarach concealed a portal to another dimension, a landing site for extraterrestrial spacecrafts or magnetic anomalies that would protect those gathered there from global catastrophe. As the date approached, thousands of visitors, journalists, and curiosity seekers descended on the village, prompting French authorities to restrict access to the mountain out of fears of mass suicides or cultic rituals.
“Facilitation”
The “facilitation” is offered in an atypical way. There will be the presentation and practice of Tandava and Orgasmic Touch exchange everyday. There will be time for open conversations, questions and answers with Komala and Dez. There will be time for opening co-creative suggestions and group choices as well as there will be times for surprises.
Intentions
The invitation is to let go of the ideas and to listen to life.
To experience the richness of all of the colors in our being and the beauty of our gifts.
To live together grounded in the practice of Classical Tantra and Kashmiri Shaivism
To harvest the learnings and lessons of the previous year
To enjoy the juicy pleasure of the delicious fruits of the seeds we’ve planted
To care for ourselves and each other
